Roles
The Federal Office for Central Services and Unsettled Property Issues (BADV) was established on 1 January 2006 as a higher federal authority of the Federal Ministry of Finance. It represents a merger of the roles of the previous Federal Office for the Clarification of Unsettled Property Issues (BARoV) and the Central Services Department of the Federal Finance Office.
The key roles of the new service provider are:
- Central Services (services for authorities and institutions)
- Clarification of unsettled property issues
